Die heutige ordentliche Hauptversammlung der GESCO SE erfreute sich eines großen Zuspruchs des Aktionariats. Insgesamt waren ca. 49,5 % des stimmberechtigten Grundkapitals vertreten. Die Hauptversammlung entlastete die Mitglieder des Vorstands und Aufsichtsrats, wählte einen neuen Aufsichtsrat und stimmte der Dividendenzahlung in Höhe von € 0,10 pro Aktie zu. Alle aufgeführten Tagesordnungspunkte fanden eine hohe Zustimmung (von 86,4% - 99,0%). Wiedergewählt in den Aufsichtsrat wurden Herr Stefan Heimöller, Herr Jens Große-Allermann und Frau Dr. Nanna Rapp. Mit der heutigen Hauptversammlung ist der GESCO-Gründer Herr Klaus Möllerfriedrich, der dem Aufsichtsrat seit dem Börsengang 1998 angehörte, aus diesem ausgeschieden. Herr Möllerfriedrich wurde nach einer Dankesrede durch Herrn Heimöller unter großem Applaus der Aktionäre gebührend verabschiedet. Neu in den Aufsichtsrat wurde Herr Dr. Mathias Saggau gewählt. Die Veranstaltung fand erstmals in der Rheinterasse in Düsseldorf statt. Neben der üblichen Agenda einer Hauptversammlung wurde den anwesenden Aktionären und Gästen ein umfangreiches Rahmenprogramm der GESCO-Tochtergesellschaften geboten. Über den gesamten Tagesverlauf standen alle Geschäftsführer der Tochtergesellschaften für individuelle Gespräche an Unternehmensständen zur Verfügung.
