Der Aufsichtsrat der A.S. Création Tapeten AG hat Tim Herder (Jahrgang 1982) mit Wirkung ab dem 1. Mai 2022 zum Vorstandsmitglied für Vertrieb und Marketing bestellt. Er übernimmt die Vertriebs- und Marketingaufgaben des ehemaligen Vorstandsvorsitzenden Daniel Barth, der am 28. Februar 2022 aus dem Unternehmen ausgeschieden ist. Maik Krämer, der nach dem Ausscheiden von Herrn Barth zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden ernannt wurde und das Ressort Vertrieb und Marketing übergangsweise übernommen hatte, behält weiterhin den Vorsitz im Vorstand. Damit setzt sich der Vorstand der A.S. Création Tapeten AG ab dem 1. Mai 2022 wie folgt zusammen: Maik Krämer (Vorstandsvorsitzender), Finanzen und Controlling Tim Herder ist seit 2011 bei A.S. Création tätig, und seit sieben Jahren verantwortet er als Exportleiter das internationale Geschäft der A.S. Création Tapeten AG. "Er verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der Tapetenbranche", so der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende Jörn Kämper. "Unser Fokus lag schon immer auf Vertriebs- und Marketing-Themen. Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass Tim Herder in den kommenden Jahren mit seiner Mannschaft die richtigen Prioritäten setzen wird, um die Marktposition von A.S. Création weiter auszubauen. Er hat die Akzeptanz unserer Kunden und die notwendige Rückendeckung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei A.S. Création. Wir freuen uns, dass wir mit dieser Entscheidung dem Führungsnachwuchs im Unternehmen die Chance geben, mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sehen dies gleichzeitig als ein positives Signal an die gesamte Mannschaft." Mit einem Konzernumsatz von 146 Mio. € im Jahr 2021 ist A.S. Création einer der führenden europäischen Tapetenhersteller.
