EQS-Ad-hoc: Bastei Lübbe AG / Key word(s): Change in Forecast Bastei Lübbe again raises revenue and EBIT forecast for financial year 2024/2025 Cologne, 31 January 2025: Bastei Lübbe AG (ISIN DE000A1X3YY0) is once again raising its revenue and EBIT forecast for the 2024/2025 financial year after continued successful development in the first nine months of the financial year. Extraordinary earnings effects have resulted from investment income in the form of a profit distribution from the minority shareholding Räder in the amount of EUR 1.0 million. At the same time, the operating business continued to develop extremely successfully and once again exceeded the newly set targets. In line with the corporate strategy, the community-driven business models in particular, played a major role. As a result, the Executive Board now expects Group revenue of between EUR 116 and 119 million for the 2024/2025 financial year (previous year: EUR 110.3 million) compared to the adjusted revenue forecast of EUR 113 to 117 million announced on 31 October 2024. Group EBIT is now expected to be in the range of EUR 17 to 18 million (previous year: EUR 14.0 million) compared to the previously communicated EBIT forecast of EUR 15 to 16 million.
