The Supervisory Board of pferdewetten.de AG (ISIN: DE000A2YN777 and DE000A30V8X3) has appointed Mr Mark Schiedel, 52 years old, as interim Chief Financial Officer of the company for an initial period of six months with effect from 11 March 2024.

Mr Schiedel has 20 years of professional experience in the finance department of companies in a wide range of industries. In his last position, he was Head of Accounting & Tax at a competitor.

Mr Schiedel's responsibilities include organisational planning and budgeting, accounting, controlling, and reporting as well as financing and investor relations.
