The Member of the Executive Board, President, and Chief Scientific Officer of Epigenomics AG (Frankfurt Prime Standard: ECX1, OTCQX: EPGNY; the "Company"), Dr. Andrew Lukowiak, is resigning from the Company and the Executive Board effective May 31, 2023.
