August 2025 – Die ParTec AG (ISIN: DE000A3E5A34 / WKN: A3E5A3) hat am 8. August 2025 gemeinsam mit der BF exaQC AG eine weitere Patentverletzungsklage gegen die NVIDIA Corporation beim Einheitlichen Patentgericht (UPC) in München eingereicht. Die BF exaQC AG ist der exklusive Lizenznehmer und Lizenzvermittler der ParTec AG für deren Patentportfolio. Das Patent in dieser Klage betrifft das Herzstück von KI-Supercomputern, die verwendeten Mikroprozessoren und deren Zusammenarbeit zur Bereitstellung von KI. ParTec sowie sein Lizenzagent BF exaQC AG verfügen über ein umfangreiches Patentportfolio im Bereich Supercomputing und Mikroprozessoren sowie Quantencomputer. Die Patente basieren auf der jahrzehntelangen Entwicklung und dem Bau moderner Supercomputer bei ParTec, insbesondere für den Einsatz im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz. Die Klage zielt auf darauf ab, NVIDIA zu verpflichten den Vertrieb von KI-wesentlichen Produkten seines DGX-Produktportfolios in 18 patentgeschützten Ländern in Europa zu unterlassen. Darüber hinaus werden unter anderem Informationen über die bisher durchgeführten Vertriebsaktivitäten sowie Schadenersatz gefordert.
