Juni 2025 – Der Vorstand der MHP Hotel AG (ISIN: DE000A3E5C24) hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats der Gesellschaft beschlossen, das eingetragene Grundkapital der Gesellschaft unter teilweiser Ausnutzung des Genehmigten Kapitals 2021/II von 43.249.232,00 Euro um bis zu 3.103.713,00 Euro auf bis zu 46.352.945,00 Euro durch Ausgabe von bis zu Stück 3.103.713 neuen, auf den Inhaber lautenden Stückaktien mit einem rechnerischen Anteil am Grundkapital von 1,00 Euro je Aktie gegen Bareinlage zu erhöhen. Das gesetzliche Bezugsrecht der Aktionäre ist gemäß der von der Hauptversammlung am 1. Oktober 2021 beschlossenen Ermächtigung zum Ausschluss des Bezugsrechts nach § 186 Abs. 3 Satz 4 AktG ausgeschlossen. Die neuen Aktien werden interessierten Investoren im Rahmen einer Privatplatzierung zum Erwerb angeboten. Der anvisierte Bruttoemissionserlös aus der Kapitalerhöhung beläuft sich auf rund 4,5 Mio. Euro. Mit der Kapitalmaßnahme sollen der Ausbau des Unternehmenswachstums beschleunigt sowie die Aktionärsstruktur verbreitert und diversifiziert werden. Die MHP Hotel AG ist eine unabhängige deutsche Hotel-Investment- und Management-Plattform mit Sitz in München. Die im Jahr 2012 gegründete Gruppe entwirft innovative Betreiberkonzepte für Hotels des Premium-Segments, die sich im Besitz von namhaften Investoren befinden, und ist Franchisenehmer großer Hotelgruppen wie Marriott International und Hilton. MHP versteht sich als partnerschaftliches Bindeglied zwischen Franchisegebern, Immobilieninvestoren, Hotelgästen und Mitarbeitern. Aktuell gehören die Le Méridien Hotels in Hamburg, Stuttgart, München und Wien, das Sheraton Düsseldorf Airport Hotel, das Hotel Luc, Autograph Collection in Berlin, das JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt, das Basel Marriott Hotel und der Koenigshof, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Munich zum Portfolio. Die Eröffnung des Conrad Hamburg ist im Jahr 2025 geplant, die Eröffnung des Autograph Collection Hotels im Stuttgarter Schlossgartenquartier für 2028. Ende 2021 startete das MOOONS Vienna als erstes Hotel unter der Eigenmarke MOOONS.
