Positives Urteil des Europäischen Gerichtshofs stärkt die Position von Redcare Pharmacy und ihren Kund:innen. Sevenum, die Niederlande, 27. Februar 2025 – Redcare Pharmacy begrüßt das heutige Urteil des Europäischen Gerichtshofs, dass Werbeaktionen, die den Kauf von verschreibungspflichtigen Arzneimitteln in Form von direkten Preisnachlässen oder Zahlungen eines bestimmten Betrags fördern, erlaubt sind. Dieses Urteil bestätigt die langjährige Position von Redcare Pharmacy seit der EuGH-Entscheidung aus dem Jahr 2016 (C-148/15, Deutsche Parkinson Vereinigung), wonach das Unternehmen berechtigt ist, Boni auf Rezeptbestellungen zum Vorteil seiner Kund:innen zu gewähren. „Als Europas führende kundenzentrierte Online-Apotheke begrüßen wir dieses Urteil, das uns die Möglichkeit bietet, unsere Kundenangebote weiter zu verbessern.
