(TSX: CHR) ("Chorus") today announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.08 per Class A Variable Voting and Class B Voting Share (collectively, the "Shares"), payable on August 15, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2025.

Chorus intends to declare future quarterly cash dividends in the amount of $0.08 per Share concurrent with the announcement of its quarterly earnings reports, starting with the 2025 third quarter earnings release currently scheduled to occur on November 6, 2025.

(TSX: CHR) ("Chorus" or the "Company") announced today that it has entered into an automatic share purchase plan ("ASPP") with a broker to facilitate purchases of its Class A Variable Voting Shares and Class B Voting Shares (collectively, the "Shares") under its normal course issuer bid ("NCIB") previously announced on November 6, 2024. Purchases under the NCIB were suspended during the period of the Company's substantial issuer bid for its Shares which expired on May 20, 2025. (TSX: CHR) ("Chorus" or the "Company") today announced the final results of its substantial issuer bid (the "Offer") to purchase for cancellation up to $25 million of its Class A Variable Voting Shares and Class B Voting Shares (collectively, the "Shares"). The Offer expired at 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on May 20, 2025.  All amounts in this press release are in Canadian dollars.

In total, the Company has taken up and paid for 471,319 Shares at a price of $21.00 per Share (the "Purchase Price") for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $9.9 million, excluding fees and expenses relating to the Offer. The Shares purchased for cancellation under the Offer represent approximately 1.78% of the total number of issued and outstanding Shares as of April 11, 2025, the last full trading day prior to the date the Offer was publicly announced. After giving effect to the Offer, 25,992,518 Shares remain outstanding.

(TSX: CHR) ("Chorus" or the "Company") announced today that, in connection with the Company's ongoing substantial issuer bid (the "Offer"), pursuant to which the Company has offered to purchase up to $25 million in value of its Class A Variable Voting Shares and Class B Voting Shares (collectively, the "Shares") pursuant to a "modified Dutch auction", the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, as principal regulator, has granted an exemptive relief order permitting Chorus to extend the Offer, if it determines to do so, in circumstances where the Offer is undersubscribed, without first taking up its Shares previously deposited to the Offer. The total number of shares represented by shareholders present virtually and by proxy at the meeting was 11,754,727 and represented 43.92% of Chorus' issued and outstanding shares with voting rights. Holders of the requisite number of shares voted in favour of all items of business. Chorus' proxy circular provided for five nominees to the Board of Directors.
