Consolidated net income was $5.8 million for the first quarter of 2025, or $0.89 per diluted share, compared to $3.7 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2024 and $6.2 million, or $0.95 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024. Annualized Return on Average Assets and Return on Average Equity were 1.19% and 12.83%, respectively.
