The services originally sourced from ayondo markets have been replaced by a more powerful offering. Since mid-2022, ayondo has relied on the service offering of the ActivTrades Group. The decision was made after a long and extensive selection process. The result was largely determined by the requirements defined by users of the service offering. Today, four trading platforms are available to interested parties, a product portfolio that leaves nothing to be desired. Continuous investment is made in training and further education for customers. The customer service speaks 14 languages. ActivTrades has an excellent reputation and enjoys high recognition in the market.

Closing a user account is straightforward and can be done with just a few clicks. After logging in, simply switch to the area provided for this purpose > 'Personal data' > 'Terminate membership' or alternatively follow this link. If you have previously used several accounts, e.g. as a follower or signal provider, where the accounts were registered to different email addresses, only the account from which the termination was initiated will be terminated.

If you log back into ayondo for the first time after an extended absence, you will automatically receive a token created by the system, which will be sent to the contact address stored in the system - i.e. to your e-mail inbox. This process ensures that only the owner of the user account to which the e-mail address is linked receives this information. The token is used for verification and reactivates the user account that has been suspended for security reasons.
