Yara has today transferred to Fernanda Lopes Larsen, Yara EVP, Africa & Asia, member of Yara's Group Executive Board, a total of 2,129 Yara shares (ticker: YAR, ISIN: NO0010208051) at an average price of NOK 305.30 per share.

The Foundation for employees’ shares in Yara (“Stiftelsen for ansattes aksjer i Yara”) has today purchased shares in the market as part of the employee share purchase program in Norway.

Petrobras and Yara have signed two agreements in a next step towards structuring a potential partnership within fertilizers and industrial products, both based on resumed production in Araucaria Nitrogenados S.A. (ANSA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petrobas.

Today, Yara International officially opened its new ammonia import terminal in Brunsbüttel, Germany. Brunsbüttel is located on the North Sea and Kiel Canal, making it an ideal hub for enabling the hydrogen economy in Germany. With the new terminal, Yara has the infrastructure to enable imports of up to three million tonnes of low-emission ammonia to Europe annually.

The world’s first ship-to-ship transfer of ammonia using vessels at anchorage in a working port environment has been completed. The transfer is a significant step towards realizing ammonia as a shipping fuel and enable bunkering worldwide. Yara contributed with their experience and knowledge on safe handling of ammonia, nominated an ammonia vessel from their Time Charter fleet, and the ammonia used in the transfers.

Yara has today purchased in the market a total of 19,261 Yara shares (ticker: YAR, ISIN: NO0010208051) at an average price of NOK 297.8423 per share on behalf of members of Yara’s Group Executive Board. The shares are purchased on behalf of and transferred to Yara executives taking part in the Share Based Remuneration (SBR) program.

Chair of the Yara Board of Directors Trond Berger has purchased a total of 5,000 Yara shares on Friday, 19 July 2024 at an average price of NOK 315 per share.
Following this purchase, Trond Berger owns a total of 8,000 shares in Yara international ASA.
