Icelandic Salmon is the parent company of Arnarlax and its subsidiaries, which are involved in salmon farming and processing in Iceland. The companies are collectively referred to as "Icelandic Salmon" or the "Group".
Arnarlax, a company wholly owned by Icelandic Salmon, has been informed that the Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority (MAST) and Environment Agency of Iceland (UST) have given out a licence to Arnarlax of a salmon farming license in Ísafjarðardjúp.
The annual general meeting of Icelandic Salmon AS was held on 21 May 2024. The general meeting adopted the resolutions proposed by the board as set forth in the notice.
