Fourth Quarter and Annual Financial Highlights:

Revenue increased 2.1% to $125.7 million from $123.1 million in the fourth quarter last year and 10.7% for the fiscal year to $502.5 million from $454.0 million last year;Recurring revenue, which includes SaaS and maintenance services, grew 1.1% to $88.2 million compared to $87.2 million in Q4 2023, and represents 70.2% of total revenue. For the fiscal year, recurring revenue increased to $346.6 million from $297.6 million in the prior year, an increase of 16.4%, as we continue to see increased demand for SaaS;Results from operating activities decreased to $33.4 million compared to $35.7 million in Q4 2023 and increased in the fiscal year to $133.8 million, from $122.1 million in the prior year;Net income was $22.6 million compared to $25.1 million in Q4 2023 and $81.3 million in the fiscal year compared to $72.2 million last year as we continue to grow our business with a focus on profitability;Adjusted EBITDA decreased to $35.6 million compared to $37.9 million, while achieving a 28.3% margin for the quarter.
