On 16 June, 2025 the Supervisory Board of ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS, AB (hereinafter – the Company) adopted the decision to recall Algirdas Pažemeckas from the Board of the Company from the end of the meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Company that recalled her.

AB "ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS" received a notification of a transaction involving the issuer's securities by a person in a managerial position (see attachment).

ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS, AB (hereinafter – the Company) hereby informs that on April 10, 2025, the Lithuanian Court of Appeal (hereinafter – the Court) issued a ruling in a civil case concerning an appeal filed by the defendant – the insurance company “Compensa Vienna Insurance Group” (hereinafter – the Defendant) – against the decision of the Vilnius Regional Court dated October 16, 2024.

On 4 April 2025, ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS, AB published a notice regarding the convening of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania and on the initiative and decision of the Company’s Board, the Public Limited Liability Company “ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS” (registered office address: Sedos g. 35, Telšiai, company code 180240752) convenes the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 29 April 2025.

In 2024, consolidated turnover (excluding audit) of ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS, AB group amounts to 307,6 million EUR that, if to be compared with the year 2023, has increased by 10,66 %.
Net profit (as without audit) of ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS, AB group in the year 2024, makes 8,87 % of the turnover.

ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS AB (hereinafter – the Company) provide I-st half-year of 2024 information: (i) a set of consolidated financial statements for the first half of the financial year; (ii) a consolidated half-year report; and (iii) approval of the responsible persons.

The preliminary consolidated unaudited sales revenue of ŽEMAITIJOS PIENAS AB for the first six half of 2024 amounts to EUR 147.5 million, in comparison with the 1st half of 2023 the sales revenue increased by 7.9 %.
